Add Apps to Your Gemini Device
Step 1 Open the Apps menu
Press the APPS button on your Gemini Voice remote.
Step 2 Open Google Play Store
Select Get more apps on the Google Play Store.
Step 3 Sign in to your Google account
Sign into your Google account. If you are already signed in, you will not need to do it again.
Step 4 Search and install
Search for the app you want, then select Install to download it to your Gemini device.
Remove Apps from Your Gemini Device
Step 1 Open the Apps menu
Press the APPS button on your Gemini Voice remote.
Step 2 Select the app and open options
Highlight the app you want to remove, then press the Ellipsis (…) button.
Step 3 Uninstall
Arrow down to Uninstall, then press OK.
Heads Up
Pre loaded and interactive DIRECTV apps cannot be uninstalled. These include (but are not limited to) Apple TV, Discovery Plus, Disney Plus, ESPN, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, Peacock, Prime Video, Google Play Store, Google Play Games, Local Now, YouTube, and YouTube Music.
